Step 1: Property sourcing
Property opportunities are analyzed through our extensive network of sourcing partners and direct channels

Step 2: First due diligence
Each property is meticulously evaluated through an initial assessment model that considers factors like risks, returns, building and apartment conditions and location.
Fewer than 20% of the deals make it past this critical phase.

Step 3: Property inspection
Each property is carefully inspected by analyzing over 30 valuation criterias such as building condition, technical aspects, energy efficiency and legal considerations.
Less than 5% of deals pass this step.

Step 4: Investment committee
A final due diligence stage is done which involves an investment committee composed of independent real estate experts.
During these sessions, we conduct a detailed financial analysis and assess potential investment risks.
