How are properties managed?

All the real estate projects listed in Piece platform are managed by German Estate Group GmbH, a sister company to Piece Germany GmbH with the help of property management partners. This includes tenant selection, maintenance and all the administrative tasks such as accounting, and property taxes.
For the property management services, a 10% fee is charged on the collected rent. There will never be hidden costs meaning that the net rental income and expected return figures you see on our property pages already incorporate this fee.
