Regular cash payments (reflects Rental Profit): You receive interest payments on a fixed schedule (quarterly) that comes from the rent collected by the property.
Bonus interest (reflects Price Appcreciation): After a set period, the tokenized security reaches its maturity date. Upon that you will receive a bonus interest depending on the property’s actual value and the realized price appreciation.
