What happens to my investment on the Old Piece platform?
In summary: all your investments are secure and safe, and nothing changes.
We will continue hosting the old platform on the current domain (https://getpiece.app). You can login as usual to view your investments, check dividends, and access your dashboard.

The only changes are:
No new deals will be added to the old platform;
Functions related to new subscriptions (e.g. KYC, order, etc) will be disabled on the old platform.
Regarding existing deals, the plan is to liquidate the two properties (i.e. Racconigi 218, Barletta 83) by the end of 2026. Once liquidated, the net proceeds will be calculated and credited to your Distributable Cash.
Please don’t forget to add your IBAN in the Personal Information section of the old platform, so you can use the withdrawal function once liquidation proceeds are available.
Will I see my old Platform investments in the new Piece platform?
Unfortunately, No.
Due to the need to comply with regulations in Italy, Germany, and Switzerland, it was not possible to formally bridge the old and new services. As a result, they are operated as completely separate platforms.

Investments made on the old platform can only be viewed on the old platform, and investments made on the new platform can only be viewed on the new platform. This point was not sufficiently clear, which caused concern for some users. We sincerely apologize for the confusion.
Can I login to the new Piece platform using the same login information as the old Piece platform?
Unfortunately, No.
Due to the need to comply with regulations in Italy, Germany, and Switzerland, it was not possible to formally pass the individual information to the new services.
If you are interested in using the new Piece platform, you have to create your account once again.
When registering, please don’t forget to input the special referral code shared in the email communications so far to receive cash back benefits.
When do you plan to return my investment on the old platform?
On the old platform, two properties, Corso Racconigi 218 and Via Barletta 83, were offered, and both are fully sold out.
In order to migrate these properties to the new platform, a sale transaction between entities of the Piece Group is planned to take place at some point in 2026.
At that time, the net proceeds will be calculated and credited to your Distributable Cash on the old Platform. We will provide further details separately, but our intention is to complete this transaction within 2026.
Once the net proceeds are credited to your Distributable Cash section, you can request the money to be redeemed using “Withdrawal request” function.
Please don’t forget to add your IBAN in the Personal Information section, so you can use the withdrawal function once liquidation proceeds are available.
Once you have an IBAN, please log in to the old platform, click the icon in the upper-right corner, go to Personal Information, and enter your IBAN in the field labeled IBAN (Optional) under personal details.

How is my investment in the old Piece platform performing so far?
